Portable Valve Actuators Site Survey
PVA Site Survey is a service offered by Valtorx which allows us to recommend the ideal Portable Valve Actuator to fit your requirements.
Creating a good fit between portable valve actuator and host valve is essential to achieve optimum performance and minimum fatigue on the operator.
To assist in this process Valtorx offers a site survey service. During our visit to your site we will gather all of the necessary information about the host valve(s). As a minimum this will include:
- Observations of the working environment to ensure the right power model is selected.
- Torque measurements. We can measure break-out torque, closing torque and operational torque.
- Dimension taken of the valve wheel or gearbox input shaft.
This will allow us to recommend the ideal Portable Valve Actuator to fit your valves and environment as well as the accessories needed to make all of your valve turning safe, quick and easy.
